Homemade (Oven Baked) Jollof Rice

jollof

[disclaim]Most Nigerian would never bake their rice, rather they’d just cook over fire it like their ancestors and their ancestors have always done. But what if I told you baking it would actually be a healthier method to cooking traditional jollof rice from the motherland. This recipe is a smaller portion and feeds 2-3 depending on the portions you serve [/disclaim]
